United Way of Howard and Tipton Counties is proud to offer free tax services to individuals and families whose annual household income is $76,000 or less. Last year, we were able to serve over 750 tax clients in Howard and Tipton Counties, saving over $800,000 in tax returns to invest back into our community.

This year we are looking forward to serving clients in the Howard and Tipton Counties area starting on January 26th. Packets can be picked up/returned beginning January 26, 2026 at the following locations: Kokomo Howard County Public Library (KHCPL), KHCPL South Branch, KHCPL Russiaville, Greentown Public Library, Tipton County Public Library, and the Tipton County Family Resource Center.
